Since its humble beginning in 1989 as a small gathering of golf enthusiasts, the Aureon Classic has evolved into one of the most prestigious events in Iowa’s tech and telecom sector. Hosted annually by Aureon, a leader in connectivity, managed IT, consulting, and contact center solutions, this highly anticipated gathering has transformed far beyond just a couple of days out on the golf course.  

When the organizers needed a cutting-edge, versatile solution to enhance the event experience by steaming content and elevating sponsorship visibility throughout the course, they turned to Insane Impact.

Since 2023, Insane Impact has proudly contributed to the success of the Aureon Golf Classic event setup by providing our expertly designed MAX Mobile LED Trailers. These state-of-the-art displays embody American innovation and craftsmanship, delivering exceptional visual performance and reliability. For the 36th anniversary of this iconic event, Insane Impact was once again honored to deploy one MAX 1710 and two of our MAX 127 Mobile LED Trailers, ensuring attendees remained informed, engaged, and connected all day long. It was a clear example of golf event LED rental success!

According to Ian Ferguson, Visual Designer for Aureon, “The screens increased engagement by allowing us to display day-of photos and recaps of players.” These displays were also a centerpiece of the Aureon Golf Classic 2025 highlights, showcasing dynamic content that amplified engagement throughout the tournament.

Beyond player highlights, the LED trailers provided a dynamic platform for sponsor recognition and new revenue opportunities. “The introduction and ability to play videos this year allowed for 30 seconds of dedicated viewership for two companies that purchased video spots,” Ferguson noted. “It also gives us a place to generate additional revenue through sponsorship slots and provide sponsor recognition through videos.”

Spanning three picturesque courses, the Aureon Classic unites industry leaders from across the Midwest for a day of corporate golf event networking and camaraderie. Beyond the tee boxes and golf carts, it’s an event that fosters meaningful partnerships and creates lasting memories.
