Instructions for Receiving Card Removal and Replacement
- Verify Power Disconnection
- Ensure all power to the cabinet is disconnected.
- Check the breakers and confirm they are turned off, or use a voltmeter to verify no power is present.
- Gather Required Tools
- Prepare the necessary tools for the task.
- Locate the Receiving Card
- The receiving card is located on the upper portion of the hub board in the half cabinet view site model.
- Remove the Receiving Card
- Identify the two Phillips screws securing the receiving card.
- Remove both screws and set them aside for later use.
- While applying gentle pressure, carefully pull out the receiving card.
- Note: The backside of the receiving card has pins that connect to the hub board.
- Install the New Receiving Card
- Verify the new receiving card is oriented the same way as the one removed.
- Align the pins on the backside of the receiving card with the hub board.
- Ensure there is no resistance when inserting the card.
- Use the saved screws to securely reattach the new receiving card.
- Final Check
- Confirm the receiving card is properly seated and secured in the correct position.
