Instructions for Power Supply Removal and Replacement
- Verify Power Disconnection
- Ensure all power to the cabinet is disconnected or turned off.
- Check the breakers or use a voltage meter to confirm no power is present.
- Gather Required Tools
- Prepare the necessary tools for the task.
- Take a Photo for Reference
- Before removing any parts, take a photo of the power supply and its connections to ensure proper reassembly.
- Understand Terminal Locations
- Low Voltage Terminals: Located at the top of the power supply, feeding the hub board.
- High Voltage Terminals: Located at the bottom of the power supply.
- Remove the Power Supply
- Start by removing the screws from the low voltage terminals at the top.
- Next, remove the screws from the high voltage terminals at the bottom.
- Finally, remove the screws from the brackets holding the power supply in place.
- Note: Refer to the sticker on the power supply for input and output details.
- Install the New Power Supply
- Position the new power supply correctly underneath the brackets.
- Secure the power supply by tightening all screws on the brackets.
- Reconnect all wires to their correct terminals on the power supply, ensuring proper placement.
- Final Check
- Verify that all connections are secure and the power supply is properly installed.
