Instructions for Hub Board Removal and Replacement
- Verify Power Disconnection
- Ensure all power to the cabinet is disconnected or turned off.
- Check the breakers or use a voltage meter to confirm no power is present.
- Take a Photo for Reference
- Before removing the hub board, take a clear photo of its connections to ensure proper reassembly.
- Prepare for Removal
- Identify all items that need to be disconnected, including power and data connections.
- Remove the Hub Board
- Disconnect all power and data cables from the hub board.
- Remove all eight screws securing the hub board.
- Gently pull the hub board out of the cabinet.
- Transfer the Receiving Card
- Detach the receiving card from the old hub board and set it aside for reattachment to the new hub board.
- Install the New Hub Board
- Align the new hub board using the alignment pins and screw holes.
- Secure the hub board by replacing all eight screws.
- Reattach the receiving card to the new hub board.
- Reconnect Cables
- Reconnect all power and data cables to their original positions.
- Final Check
- Verify that all connections are secure and the hub board is properly installed.
