Instructions for Mod Removal and Replacement on the Outdoor Dioplex Model
- Identify the Defective Mod
- Inspect the panel, which is divided into eight mods, to locate the defective one.
- Mark the defective mod for easy identification before starting the replacement process.
- Understand Mod Components
- Each mod has four access locations on the front and back.
- Key components include:
- Mod Locking Mechanism
- Mod Alignment Pin
- Mod Orientation Arrow
- Unlock the Mod
- Insert a T-handle into the locking mechanism holes at each of the four access locations.
- Turn the T-handle to the left to unlock the mod.
- Ensure the locking mechanism transitions from horizontal to vertical.
- Repeat this process for all four locking points.
- Remove the Mod
- Apply even pressure to unlock the mod and gently pull it away from the panel.
- Replace the Mod
- Ensure the replacement mod is correctly oriented using the mod orientation arrow as a guide.
- Align the mod with the frame and position it properly.
- Lock the Mod
- Use the T-handle to lock the mod back into place at all four access locations.
- Turn the T-handle to the right to secure the mod.
- Final Check
- Verify that the mod is securely locked and properly aligned within the panel.
