Verify Power Disconnection
- Ensure all power to the cabinet is disconnected or turned off.
- Check the breakers or use a voltage meter to confirm no power is present.
Access the Receiving Card
- Open the cabinet door to access the internal components.
- Locate the receiving card, which is positioned behind the heat shield.
Remove the Heat Shield
- Identify the four screws securing the heat shield.
- Remove all four screws and carefully take off the heat shield to expose the receiving card.
Remove the Receiving Card
- Gently pull the receiving card from the hub, applying even pressure to avoid damage.
Install the New Receiving Card
- Align the new receiving card with the hub.
- Carefully insert the new receiving card into place.
Reattach the Heat Shield
- Position the heat shield back over the receiving card.
- Secure it with the four screws.
Send New Files to the Panel (if necessary)
- After replacing the receiving card, you may need to send new files to the panel to ensure proper functionality.
