Instructions for Power Supply Removal and Replacement on the Dioplex 4mm

1. Verify Power Disconnection
   • Ensure all power to the cabinet is disconnected or turned off.
   • Check the breakers or use a voltage meter to confirm no power is present.
2. Gather Required Tools
   • Prepare the necessary tools for the task.
3. Take a Photo for Reference
   • Before removing any parts, take a clear photo of the power supply and its connections to ensure proper reassembly.
4. Remove the Power Supply
   • Remove all screws from the terminals on the power supply.
   • Keep all screws for later use during reassembly.
   • Unscrew the brackets securing the power supply and carefully remove the power supply.
5. Install the New Power Supply
   • Place the new power supply into position and secure it with the screws on the brackets.
   • Reattach all power supply cables to their appropriate terminals.
   • Ensure all screws are tightened securely into the terminals.
   • Double-check that all wires are in their correct positions.
6. Replace the Plastic Cover
   • Place the plastic cover back over the high voltage terminals for safety.
7. Final Check
   • Verify that all connections are secure and the power supply is properly installed.
